Sometimes things stop you in your tracks and it forces you to start a new thought. It can be the simplest of things, a comment, a misplaced motivation, a new-found imagination. It can be heavy things, a pandemic, a body saying no at fifty years of age. A heart attack. The fjords look pretty and inviting. But there is always something hiding under the surface.
After the initial fear and shock you are presented with the possibility for a completely new path. What if you don't actually have to get back to your old you? Maybe this is the perfect time to start anew. A heart attack as the start of something.
